Cricket Schedule for Saturday July 31st, 2010 has changed to 7:30AM due to the nice weather in the morning and people wanting to play longer game.

Last Saturday we played on full mat with leather ball for the first time and we had fun. The temperature was way too high and we had less players(9). Since preparation to playing on mat takes longer our game started later than usual and most of our energy drained out way too early.Things we need to prepare for next game
1. Start early to set up the mat.
2. Have snacks and refreshments on the ground.
3. Have the next batsman all ready to play so that we do not waste time between batsmen.
4. Get more players to show up.

As you may know some of us went ahead and made a modest investment to get Canon cricket to a more advance level. We are now behind in covering up that investment and looking towards your generous donations as our sponsors and dire fans.

We are planning to buy the half mat as the free full mat takes longer to set and also a storage problem due to its size and weight.
