Friends we are planning to take our cricket event to next level. Play cricket and enjoy picnic with family.

Belmont Lake State Park, NY - Starts at 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Biking,Boat Rentals,Bridle Path,Fishing Nature Trail,Pavilions,Playground,Picnic Tables http://nysparks.state.ny.us/parks/info.asp?parkId=159
Food - Will be catered from outside. - $35 for (Two Adults +Kids ) , $20 for Single.
* Appetizers - Veg & Non-Veg
* Main Course - Three Veg, Two Non-Veg, Bread, Salad, Ratia, Pulao
* Dessert.
* Note:- Please submit your contibution to Ajay,Shan or Sheikh.
Other Features :
* Game of Cricket to start with :)
* BBQ will be featured by our BBQ experts - Shan & Venkat
* Beers, Drinks, chips and other snacks if budget allowed
* Soccer, Volley Ball, Tennis courts and baseball gorunds are also available.
* Boating rentals - Rental a paddle or a rowing boat for $10/4 persons for an hour
* Kids can bring their Bikes.
* Your suggestions and contribution in making this event successful will be highly appreciated.
Directions:- It is exit 38 on Southern State Pkwy from either direction - East or west. Exit ends up onto Park Ave East into Park Entrance.

Prefer Belmont Lake State Park for picnic.

we can also contribute $25 each for family and $15 for single and get the food catered from 'A Indian Resturant'
Thats a good suggestion to have food from caterer. I prefer that.
Looks like cricketlover is also 'A Indian Resturant' food lover. Anyway I am in for this event.
Just curious, do these park pavilions need reservations? or is it find an open spot and claim it your for the day?
No reservations - these are state parks open for public
any park will work...
My vote is for the beach. (choice #2). Also, I would prefer to have food catered from a resturant.
My vote is for the one at Kings Park (2nd one).
I suggest that we do BBQ and order food from an indian restuarant.

I am not sure but will try my best. Just a suggestion : Having potuck will be more fun, we tend to always have indian food from the restaurant (nothing exciting in this)
